Random Thoughts

So I realize it has been for ever since I last posted something and I figured I would get back into the blogging by posting just a bunch of random thoughts that are going through my head right now!

A huge thanks to Ashlee Rye for harassing me everyday this week to post something new so she isn't bored at work!

Playing NHL 11 Be a GM mode is great, until the season is over. I think it takes wayyyyyy too long to get back to playing. Since I won the Stanley Cup the other day I have been picking random CHL teams and playing against them as Team Canada. Its awesome how pretty you can score and how badly you can crush them

Dominos is open on Main street. Do you like Dominos? I had it one time like 5 years ago and was NOT impressed, but since its the only chain pizza joint in town I will likely be trying it out in the near future.

Christmas is more fun as a child. The magic of Christmas disappears slightly the moment you stop believing that money grows on trees.

I feel like people are judging me when they ask what I bought my son for Christmas. Its like a competition for some people, after I tell them they feel the need to explain everything they bought their kids and how much it cost. It might sound cliche, but its the thought that counts.

I also feel like people are judging me when he comes into the liquor store with me.

Are people judging me?

I will attempt to cook a turkey during my show tomorrow. I have never cooked a turkey before so I will be asking the help of the listeners for instructions and I will probably call my grammas for advice. the scariest part is the fact that 8 people will be eating it for lunch. Mind you they are all co-workers so if they get sick no big deal right??!!

I have signed up for twitter recently. feel free to look me up. Its all about the numbers.

speaking if numbers, I have a blackberry and NEED more BBM contacts...hit me up with you pin.

That is all for today. Have a Merry Christmas and I hope to see you soon!

Yaaa!!! I love it! And yes people do compete at Christmas on presents for children and it is rather pathetic... but sadly we live in a materialistic world! And sadly yes people are probably judging you in the liquor store! I'll admit to have had thoughts run through my head a time or two when i see someone with a small child i a liquor store... but then again maybe i'm just judemental...a new years resolution to work on!! I look forward to your blog in the New Year!!
